Responsibilities

  • Back-up to the Administrative Coordinator
  • Assist Customer Service Center during breaks
  • Complete daily reconciliation, accounting, and VeriBalance functions
  • Monitor cashier accountability and report issues to management
  • Partner with Division Loss Prevention to resolve cash shrink issues
  • Maintain sales book and report sales information to the Division Office
  • Assist Store Director with billing and invoices
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate department manager interviews
  • Administer the job-posting program and manage pre-employment processes
  • Coordinate and maintain all aspects of the hiring process
  • Attend outside recruiting activities such as job fairs
  • Maintain in-store recruiting materials and records
  • Handle payroll and benefits administration issues
  • Review associate time records for compliance
  • Submit and process payroll on time
  • Maintain Time and Attendance reports and personnel records
  • Coordinate leave paperwork and processes for various types of leave
