About the position

The Bilingual Front Office Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals is responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the administrative needs of the office. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as strong organizational and communication skills to create a welcoming environment for visitors and assist with various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
  • Assist with project coordination, including organizing documents and preparing meeting materials
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and faxing
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs)
  • Familiarity with front desk operations in a dental or medical office is a plus
  • Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
