About the position

The Bilingual HR Generalist at Greens Commercial Cleaning, Inc. is responsible for managing various human resources activities, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll administration. This role requires adaptability and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, focusing on employee retention and organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting including employee onboarding in PAYCHEX
  • Benefits Administration
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition & retention
  • Accurately maintain personnel records
  • Employee relations (i.e. performance improvement, terminations, promotions)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on recruiting
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to communicate with and build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish - Full Comprehension
