About the position

The Bilingual Outside Sales Representative role at Wheeler Staffing Partners involves managing field sales within a designated territory in Austin, focusing on the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales territory within the Austin area.
  • Conduct 70% cold calls and 30% account management.
  • Call on small to mid-size businesses, specifically targeting restaurants and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering opportunities for growth.
  • Address client issues and manage invoicing and collections.
  • Regularly visit the office for check-ins and coordination with the branch.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in the food and beverage industry required.
  • Sales experience preferred, but candidates with industry knowledge interested in transitioning into sales are welcome.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and maintain successful client interactions.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing territory independently.
