About the position

The Bilingual Medical Call Center Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. This position involves managing service requests and enhancing communication across various services, directly impacting the quality of care provided to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming call requests and inquiries via phone, email, and care compass system, addressing a variety of service needs, including transportation, home health aide services, DME orders, and more.
  • Accurately document call assessments, service plans, grievances, and other coordination notes in the EMR database.
  • Conduct quality validation calls, ensuring all demographic information is up-to-date and complete.
  • Prioritize and track outstanding caseloads and high-priority issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
  • Support departmental quality and productivity goals while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass typing test with 45WPM
  • 1+ years of Call Center experience
