About the position

The Bilingual Spanish Total Wireless Consultant at Victra is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and connecting clients with wireless technology solutions. This role involves sales processes, product knowledge sharing, and ensuring a positive representation of the Victra and Total Wireless brands. The consultant will engage with customers, assist them in selecting devices and plans, and contribute to a high-performing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve bi-weekly personal sales goals set by the store manager
• Positively represent Victra and Total Wireless while providing excellent customer service
• Review promotions, plans, and devices daily
• Make outbound calls and send texts daily to drive sales through various platforms
• Attend weekly or monthly training sessions
• Create a top-notch retail environment through cleanliness, merchandising, and organization
• Handle all customer service interactions courteously and professionally
• Maintain White Glove cleanliness standards as they change
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Complete a 4-day New Hire University training program within 2 weeks of official start date
• Participate in various online and computer-based training during employment

Benefits

• Guaranteed minimum pay of $40,000 to $50,000 with additional income potential through base hourly pay plus unlimited commission
