Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities for open positions.
• Select qualified job applicants and make hiring recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines.
• Update human resources documents such as organizational charts and employee handbooks.
• Support continuous improvement projects and onboarding of employees.
• Implement new HR services as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
• Experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Headhunter or recruiting experience in the life science industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience driving process standardization and improvement efforts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
• Experience in the life science industry.
