Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Oversee treatment planning
• Conduct inter-observer agreement (IOA) and fidelity of implementation on staff
• Organize and analyze data
• Review treatment plans
• Develop and oversee implementation of ABA programs
• Communicate with funding sources
• Provide staff training

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in the education field or related field
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• LBA in Connecticut
• Minimum of 2 years experience in supervision (in-home/telehealth experience preferred)
• 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License
• Proof of valid car insurance
• Good driving record
• Clean background check
