About the position

Precision Group is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with extensive accounting experience to manage financial records and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. This role requires proficiency in Excel and Word, as well as experience in accounts payable and job costing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Verify and record invoices from vendors.
  • Perform data entry of invoices and maintain lists and databases.
  • Scan documents and file hard copies as needed.
  • Assist with general office tasks and support financial reporting.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and chart of accounts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to write in Spanish preferred.
  • Job costing experience is a plus.
