About the position

The Branch Manager will lead the branch's efforts to meet clients' financial needs through a consultative sales approach. This role focuses on developing and managing branch operations, employee development, and building community relationships to ensure exceptional service and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the branch's sales efforts to meet clients' financial needs.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and coaching sessions for staff development.
  • Set goals and monitor branch progress with the regional manager.
  • Manage day-to-day branch activities and ensure high service levels.
  • Develop, retain, and recruit quality staff for the branch.
  • Build and maintain external business and community relationships.
  • Monitor branch delinquency and work with the collection group.
  • Support and lead staff in servicing clients and driving business growth.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop the branch team.
  • Willingness to obtain series 6/63/life licensing after training.
