About the position

As an Inside Sales Representative in the T-Mobile for Business Channel, you will be responsible for marketing T-Mobile's portfolio of business products and services to existing customers. This role focuses on account management and solutions-based selling, requiring you to analyze customer needs and customize wireless voice and data products to maintain and grow accounts. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through high-volume customer interactions and effective funnel management.

Responsibilities

  • Daily customer communication and follow-up using various tools to complete outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, and online meetings/appointments.
  • Perform research to understand customer's unique needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities.
  • Select appropriate product/service information messaging to meet the needs of individual customers based on research.
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call to proposal, through finalization of an order for each customer.
  • Attend all required product and service trainings to ensure in-depth knowledge of features and benefits of T-Mobile products and services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • 2 years Outbound Call Center or a related sales position (Preferred)
  • 2 years Experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated efficient organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with urgency and accuracy (Required)
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking (Required)
  • Proficiency with salesforce.com for accurate reporting (Preferred)
  • Superior listening skills and confident communication abilities (Required)
