About the position

The Call Center Campaign Representative is responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls for various campaigns, including customer service, sales, and retention. This role offers opportunities to engage in consultative selling and work in a metric-driven environment, with a focus on achieving quotas and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle inbound calls as assigned.
  • Conduct outbound calling as assigned.
  • Maximize outbound activity to hit daily/weekly/monthly quota.
  • Follow assigned scripts exactly.
  • Record customer responses accurately within the order process and after-call dispositions.
  • Utilize consultative selling strategies to convert prospects.
  • Work autonomously while being supported by a team.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer and data entry skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including part-time or full-time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or telemarketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
