About the position

The International Customer Support Trainer at ASEA is responsible for enhancing the training processes within the call center, focusing on both new hires and existing team members. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, quality performance, and adaptability to diverse learning styles in a fast-paced environment. The trainer will develop training content, analyze performance needs, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own content development and delivery for training programs.
  • Create performance dashboards and reports related to training activities.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership and local call center managers to improve training curriculum and evaluation tools.
  • Recognize diverse learning styles and adapt training methods accordingly.
  • Analyze performance needs and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Track questions throughout training to ensure consistent information.
  • Participate in driving change and improvement within the department.
  • Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and products.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate training for Europe and Asia.
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Experience in Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing is preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Mandarin-speaking skills preferred (verbal and written).
  • Team-oriented with a focus on professionalism and quality training.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and applications.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and CRMs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in training or instructional design.
  • Familiarity with call center operations.
