About the position
The Cannabis BOH Trim and Harvest position at Best Buds involves working as part of the cultivation team to harvest cannabis plants during the peak season. The role focuses on physical tasks related to the harvesting process, ensuring quality and cleanliness in the workspace, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Carefully harvest cannabis plants at the peak of their lifecycle.
- Buck and trim plants to prepare for drying and curing.
- Assist with organizing and hanging plants in the drying room.
- Accurately weigh and document fresh weight logs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in harvest workspaces.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical, repetitive tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow strict SOPs for cleanliness, safety, and product quality.
- A current MED badge for state of Colorado is REQUIRED.
