Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living.
• Facilitate fun activities within the home.
• Ensure the home is clean and safe.
• Escort residents on community outings.
• Implement and monitor behavior plans.
• Note changes in physical and behavioral health.

Requirements

• Professional experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Similar personal experience caring for a family member or friend.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in health and human services.
• Certifications such as Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Benefits

• Starting pay of $24.00 per hour, increasing to $25.00 after 90 days.
