Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients' homes, including medication reminders.
• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Assist with clients' personal care activities.
• Conduct light housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
• Deliver direct care and supervision for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to enhance their independence.

Requirements

• Experience with providing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
