About the position

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season, offering a remote part-time position for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of paid tax experience. The role involves assisting clients with tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and full service return preparation.
• Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney).
• Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Excellent customer service skills.
