About the position

The Client Bookkeeper role at Gray Fox Collective is a full-time position focused on providing bookkeeping support to multiple clients. The role involves performing analytical tasks, managing account reconciliations, processing invoices, and generating financial reports. Responsibilities

• Support the Finance and Accounting Services Team on ad-hoc department needs.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations for multiple clients.
• Manage expense categorization and other miscellaneous bookkeeping processes weekly.
• Process invoices and pay bills for clients.
• Generate monthly financial reports.
• Participate in clean-up projects for clients.
• Engage in continuing education and development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and ability to analyze financial data.
• Experience in handling journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong project management skills.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A commitment to confidentiality and security.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience supporting multiple clients with bookkeeping is a plus.
• Experience with Bill.com, Gusto, Karbon, and other accounting and payroll software.
• QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor certification is highly preferred.
• Desire to learn new technologies/methods.
• Time tracking understanding and discipline.
