About the position

The Client Service & Product Support Specialist at ADP is responsible for providing high-quality tax service to clients, including tax deposits and filing. This role serves as the front-line support for resolving client challenges through various communication channels. The position requires adaptability, empathy, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills to manage a metrics-driven workload effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with tax deposits and filing.
  • Manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
  • Help clients solve problems and provide solutions.
  • Build relationships with clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by troubleshooting payroll and tax issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide recommendations for best practices and solutions training based on client input.

Requirements

  • At least two years of client service and/or call center experience OR a minimum of four years of Insurance/Financial Institution experience.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • At least three years of Payroll Tax experience is preferred.
