Responsibilities

  • Attract potential customers by clarifying product and service inquiries and suggesting additional products and services.

  • Establish sustainable relationships of trust with consumers through open and interactive communication.
  • Meet personal and team sales goals set by management.
  • Place customer sales orders and handle confidential payment information accurately.
  • Answer questions related to warranties or terms of sale with confidence.
  • Persuade customers to reconsider their choices and inform them of deals or promotions to upsell services as needed.
  • Attend meetings with other Client Support Associates and the sales management team to ensure proper customer service execution.

Requirements

  • Entry level knowledge of customer service, sales, retail, or client assistance is preferred.
  • Customer-centric attitude with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, consumers, management, and clients.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • High School Diploma / GED; college degree preferred but not necessary.
