About the position

The Clinical Liaison at Mountain Vista Senior Living Community is a full-time role focused on providing clinical evaluations for potential residents and overseeing the admissions process. This position involves collaboration with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team across various care levels, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Care, and Rehabilitation. The Clinical Liaison will also engage in medical outreach, networking, and event planning to enhance community relations and drive admissions success.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical evaluations for potential residents who meet admission criteria.
• Oversee the admissions process for new residents.
• Collaborate with residents, family members, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Engage in medical and community outreach and networking.
• Cultivate prospects and referral sources.
• Coordinate move-ins and assist in planning events.
• Work closely with local leadership and corporate marketing teams to drive success and sales.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact license preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, and nursing home settings preferred.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, healthcare professionals, and referral sources.
