About the position

The Collaborating Mental Health Clinical Supervisor position at ITAF LLC is a part-time, contract role focused on overseeing and guiding licensed therapists in providing high-quality mental health care. The supervisor will review treatment plans, ensure compliance with state guidelines, and support staff development while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supervisees provide high-quality patient care and economical performance.
• Review treatment plans and provide feedback in accordance with state guidelines.
• Oversee and guide quality documentation, including finalizing treatment plans.
• Serve as clinical and administrative supervisor for treatment staff.
• Document supervision sessions and provide records on a monthly basis.
• Lead, direct, and supervise staff.
• Monitor quality of care and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate supervisees for compliance with accreditation and certification standards.
• Coordinate and assist in developing and implementing plans for correcting deficiencies.
• Supervise and manage electronic healthcare software related to client records.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on programmatic changes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving and group work leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Active New Jersey LCSW, LMFT, LPC license.
