Responsibilities

• Be excellent at relationship building
• Develop quotes, make insurance presentations, close sales, and meet goals
• Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to educate and advise them while shopping for renewals
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
• Contacting prospects and scheduling appointments by following leads generated from referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead databases
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Requirements

• Must currently possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License
• No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
• Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience REQUIRED
• Tech-savvy and Knowledge of Agency Management System
• Ability to prioritize tasks, responsibilities, etc as needed
• Team player with a positive and driven attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
