About the position

The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the management of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. This role involves negotiating lease agreements, building customer relationships, and coordinating maintenance efforts. The position requires a strong understanding of real estate leasing and property management, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage lease agreements with tenants
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Oversee property maintenance and ensure all facilities are well-maintained
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Manage administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
• Active Utah real estate license (preferred)
• Proven experience in commercial property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Strong understanding of real estate leasing, financial analysis, and property maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and prior use of property management software
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
