Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community.
• Experience with affordable properties is essential.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior experience with Yardi and/or MRI is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
