About the position
The Compliance Director for USAC and LatAm at Solventum is responsible for leading the compliance business partner team across these regions, focusing on anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs, and ensuring proper engagement with healthcare practitioners. This role involves implementing global Ethics & Compliance programs, developing regional risk strategies, and providing compliance expertise to business leaders, all while promoting a culture of integrity within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the USAC and LatAm compliance business partner team.
- Support Solventum's anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs.
- Ensure appropriate healthcare practitioner engagement.
- Implement global Ethics & Compliance programs and strategies regionally.
- Develop and implement regional specific risk strategies, policies, training, and communications.
- Provide regional specific advice and support on conflicts, entertainment, sponsorships, and charitable contributions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global business operating committees and their leaders.
- Promote a culture of integrity and ethical conduct within Solventum.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Juris Doctorate.
- Ten (10) years of experience in compliance within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Five (5) years of experience addressing anti-bribery and corruption risk in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Working knowledge of Stark laws.
- Deep knowledge of global anti-bribery laws and anti-corruption codes, including AdvaMed.
