About the position

The Compounder II position at Renaissance LLC involves executing bulk product batch processing, including all related administrative activities and equipment preparation. The role requires adherence to manufacturing procedures, operation of processing equipment, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing procedures to process bulk product, ensuring batches are made correctly the first time.
• Perform compounding functions as required by operations management.
• Operate processing equipment and execute manual and automated cleaning, sanitizing, and sterilization of tanks and equipment.
• Conduct integrity testing of filters using automated filter integrity test equipment.
• Follow detailed diagrams and written instructions to assemble or disassemble equipment and configure it for washing or autoclaving.
• Demonstrate progression in competency across all aspects of the position.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Pass sterile gowning qualification within one month of employment.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and testing in clean rooms.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to address process issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with SOP and GMP requirements.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers, customers, and contractors.
• Maintain a clean work environment and perform job responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Use personal protective equipment as required.
• Perform routine maintenance on process equipment and area cleaning to ensure compliance.
• Review manufacturing batch records to ensure compliance with documentation practices.
• Be available for unscheduled and scheduled overtime as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma, or
• 0 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Demonstrated understanding of processes, procedures, safety practices, and quality initiatives as a Compounder I may qualify for this position with less experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Aseptic manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Microbiology or Chemistry lab experience is beneficial.
• Military leadership, logistics, or mechanical experience comparable to a manufacturing environment.
