About the position

The Contact Center Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to members of MyPoint Credit Union. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various communication channels to assist members effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to credit union members via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve member inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
  • Educate members on credit union products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
