Responsibilities
- Bag groceries for customers at checkout, ensuring items are not damaged.
- Assist customers with loading bags into their vehicles.
- Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
- Return merchandise to store shelves and gather bascarts for return to designated areas.
- Clean spills and pick up trash inside the store and parking lot.
- Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise as needed.
- Understand the store layout to locate products and conduct price checks for cashiers.
- Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products.
