About The Position

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest standard of Quality, Service, & Cleanliness.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Work together as a team to get high quality food out in a timely manner.
• Answer, report, and follow QC/Manager instructions.
• Clean up station and complete all side work.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Provide engaging warm service as a guest-oriented service representative.
• Effectively ring up on the register accurately and in a timely manner.
• Walk the guest through the order efficiently while presenting the full menu of choices.
• Identify and assess customer needs and adapt service style to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Understand the 4 purposes of upselling and meet personal/team target sales goals.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide pricing information, answer questions, and deal with difficult guests in a warm and friendly manner.
