About the position

The Crew Member/Laborer position at Landesign, LLC involves working as part of a team to maintain and enhance clients' properties through landscaping and hardscaping tasks. This full-time role offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to learn from experienced crew members while contributing to various landscaping projects.

Responsibilities

• Required to be at work each day on time
• Installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs and/or knowledge of hardscape installation
• Load/Unload equipment onto trucks and trailers
• Secure equipment for transport to properties
• Remove daily debris from trucks and trailers
• Clean trucks & equipment

Requirements

• Minimal experience necessary (Knowledge in landscaping and/or hardscaping is preferred)
• Working knowledge of fleet equipment and trucks used in the industry
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
• Willingness to learn from seasoned crew members with on-the-job training
