About the position

NashCo Furniture is seeking a high-energy, motivated individual to lead their customer service team. The role focuses on maintaining a top-tier reputation for customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. The position requires effective communication and organizational skills to manage customer interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer service calls while representing the company in a professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information
  • Check, address and clear voicemails daily
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  • Input online orders
  • Assist with administrative management, including confirming batch reports and receiving incoming orders
  • Maintain delivery schedule, including confirming outbound orders and scheduling/rescheduling
  • Direct assistant to the Office/Warranty Manager
  • Learn store policies to provide correct information

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
