About the position
The Cultivation Agent - Propagation role at Cresco Labs involves hands-on responsibilities in the cultivation of cannabis plants, ensuring their health and safety while adhering to company policies. This position is integral to maintaining the quality and consistency of the plants produced, contributing to the overall mission of normalizing and professionalizing the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities
- Measure and mix nutrient and plant applications according to Cresco Labs policy.
- Prune, top, and trim plants to ensure their health and analyze plant conditions.
- Assist the Cultivation Manager with the rotation of strains to meet variety and quantity goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the cultivation facility and all related equipment.
- Track plants from birth to harvest, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities and plant tracking numbers.
Requirements
- Two-year degree in horticulture or related field preferred.
- Two years of experience in general gardening production, preferably in a regulated field.
- Knowledge of medical cannabis law and medicinal benefits preferred.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants for extended periods.
