About the position

The Customer Service Representative II position at the Arizona Corporation Commission involves processing corporate and limited liability company documents, providing customer service at a walk-up window, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The role requires effective communication, cash handling, and the ability to assist customers with their filing needs.

Responsibilities

• Examine and file corporation and limited liability company documents according to Arizona Revised Statutes and ACC policies.
• Staff a walk-up customer service window as a cashier for customers filing documents.
• Handle and count cash and other forms of payment accurately.
• Perform data entry of payment and document information.
• Advise customers on statutory filing requirements and assist in resolving complaints.

Requirements

• Mastery of effective customer service techniques.
• Cash handling experience and basic bookkeeping skills.
• Excellent listening, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact positively with customers in various formats.
• Ability to learn and comprehend filing requirements according to Titles 10 & 29 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.
• Proficient PC skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
