About the position

The Customer Care Project Coordinator (CPC) serves as the primary point of contact for customers at OFS, responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating all incoming requests for quotations (RFQs) from receipt to delivery. This role involves collaboration with various internal departments to ensure a unified response to customer inquiries and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the ordering lifecycle of OFS products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of contact with customers, establishing their perception of OFS.
  • Coordinate all incoming RFQs from receipt to delivery of OFS offerings.
  • Liaise with cross-functional groups including sales, purchasing, R&D, engineering, operations, finance, and legal.
  • Manage quotation preparation and ensure timely responses using systems like Power BI, EZ Access, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • Acknowledge, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately and timely using SAP/EZ Access.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and OFS policies during order management.
  • Manage requests for information (RFI) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain customer profile data and document customer complaints.
  • Communicate root cause and corrective actions to customers when necessary.
  • Gain in-depth product knowledge to assist with technical questions and coordinate with sales and engineering as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • At least four years of prior customer service and administrative business experience.
  • Minimum one year of experience with SAP.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and self-motivation.
  • Ability to make effective decisions and work independently.
  • Fiber Optics product knowledge preferred.

  • Experience in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
