Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between management and customers.

  • Provide excellent and timely customer service through phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in customer phone service.
  • Experience in problem-solving and providing resolutions to billing and other customer care issues.
  • Minimum high school diploma.
