About the position

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at Molly Maid, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and professionalism. This position offers training and opportunities for advancement while providing a flexible schedule without the need for night, weekend, or holiday work. You will engage with customers, provide price quotes, and promote the company's services, all while working in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide price quotes for Molly Maid cleaning services to customers in their homes and over the phone.
• Grow and retain customers by answering phone calls and booking estimates and cleaning services.
• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Close the loop on any open estimates or sales, fostering personal relationships with customers.
• Promote the company culture and teamwork, energizing the team with a positive attitude.
• Identify and assess customer needs through various communication channels, resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Have a valid Oregon or Washington driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers and technology, especially Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required.
• Prior customer service, office, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
