About the position

The Customer Service Associate / Cashier role is focused on providing excellent customer service while handling transactions and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. This position involves working various shifts, including day and night, and requires effective communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash and credit card payments from customers.
• Daily prepping pizza and taking orders on the phone.
• Make change accurately and efficiently.
• Cleaning and cooler stocking.
• Check vendor deliveries.
• Make liquor order.
• Stocking groceries once a week.
• Deal with returns and refunds as necessary.
• Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct.
• Answer customer questions as they arise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in customer service or cashier roles.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
