About The Position

The GreenDrop Attendant role is essential for providing exceptional service to donors while supporting the company's mission of eco-friendly donation practices. This part-time position involves direct interaction with donors, assisting them with their donations, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the donation site. Requirements

• Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
• Outstanding ability to interact with people and provide excellent service.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs continuously throughout the day.
• Ability to work in outside conditions across different seasons.
• Strong communication skills with donors, co-workers, and management.
• Punctuality and a strong sense of urgency.

• Experience in customer service or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a friendly manner while in full GreenDrop uniform.
• Engage in pleasant conversation while acquiring donations from donors.
• Assist donors with unloading their vehicles and organizing donations in the stock room.
• Record donor information using a company iPad.
• Assist truck drivers during donation pick-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site, both inside and outside.
• Fill out supply orders to keep the site stocked with necessary tools for job completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
