Responsibilities

• Receive telephone and fax requests for price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers.
• Achieve and maintain rapport with customers to provide the best possible service.
• Answer customer's technical questions regarding products and services.
• Perform basic customer service related activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience within the industrial related, glass and aluminum, or building materials industry preferred.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management abilities.
• Time management skills.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Attention to detail in listening skills and data collection.
• Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
