The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at Complete Labor & Staffing in Springfield, MA is an entry-level role focused on providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The CSR will act as a liaison between clients and candidates, managing inquiries, maintaining relationships, and facilitating the recruitment process. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and place candidates in both short-term and long-term assignments, matching client needs with the right talent.
• Process job orders from companies who wish to utilize our services.
• Dispatch employees to job sites.
• Accurately process temporary staff payroll.
• Make outbound calls when recruiting new temporary employees.
• Conduct onboarding procedures while hiring new and previous temporary employees.
• Make outbound sales calls to companies who may have a need for temporary staffing.
• Set appointments for clients to meet with the Branch Manager.
• Foster positive relationships with a diverse range of personalities.
• Work weekends on a rotating schedule amongst the staff.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and self-motivation
• Basic mathematical skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful work environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves
