About the position

The Customer Service Representative position involves handling inbound and outbound calls related to recalled products. This is a temporary, project-oriented position with the potential for future projects, and it includes a hybrid work model with initial on-site training.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls regarding recalled products.
  • Make outbound calls to verify product recalls.
  • Gather information from callers and enter it into the website.
  • Provide confirmation numbers back to patients.

Requirements

  • Good customer service skills.
  • Call center experience (1 year required).
  • Experience with disability claims is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Verifiable references.
