Responsibilities

  • Communicating policies, procedures, and regulations to customers.
  • Issuing IDs and processing applications.
  • Administering vision, driver, and in-car road tests.
  • Processing vehicle registrations, titling, tax, and fee collection.
  • Providing other DMV-related services as needed.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using a personal computer or automated systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays.
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments on time.
  • Driving records with less than six demerit points and no major convictions.
  • Experience working in a team or group environment.
  • Ability to lift 10 - 25 pounds.
