About the position

The Data Analyst, Digital Marketing role at Terminix focuses on monitoring, tracking, and reporting performance metrics related to migration efforts. This position supports various Rentokil Terminix brands by collecting and interpreting data to enhance online visibility and conversion rates across multiple marketing channels. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to recommend strategies that drive traffic and revenue, while also providing predictive analytics to mitigate performance impacts during pre-migration efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit branch local listings to increase online visibility and improve Google Search Profiles.
  • Analyze branch reputation and create deployable reports for marketing, migration, and customer experience teams with actionable opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
  • Execute plans to drive customers to the website and enhance the eCommerce experience.
  • Streamline reporting metrics to understand customer trends across various marketing channels and regions.
  • Interpret marketing reports to assist in creating action plans for marketing and field organizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of analytics experience required.
  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital tools: GA4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Moz, BrightLocal, Power BI, Looker Studio.
  • Proven track record of collaboration to improve online visibility and engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in BI data architecture, including ETL and APIs, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, a quantitative discipline, or similar experience.
  • Experience using SQL/Python and/or R.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in data science helpful but not required.
