About the position
The Data Analyst - Material position involves supporting the operations department by managing and analyzing material data requests. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail, to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Working directly in SAP on new and existing material data requests to support operations
- Collaborating with data requestors to troubleshoot request concerns
- Assisting with data request trackers and providing updates to management
- Engaging in mini projects as assigned by leadership for data cleanup or standardization
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven data management and analytics skill set
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large or complicated data sets
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
