Responsibilities

• Loading packages into the delivery vehicle and unloading them at the designated delivery location.
• Using GPS or maps to navigate the delivery vehicle to the destination.
• Providing excellent customer service to Amazon customers by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Ensuring that the delivery vehicle is well-maintained and reporting any issues to management.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment when necessary.
• Managing time effectively to ensure packages are delivered on time.
• Reporting any delivery issues, discrepancies, or delays to the appropriate personnel.
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient delivery of packages.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with the ability to read and speak English for safety.
• Have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (a commercial driver's license (CDL) is not required).
• Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less.
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must accept text messages from Company managers regarding your schedule and performance on your personal cell phone.
• Have reliable transportation to work.
