Requirements

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including day and evening shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in healthcare or patient care roles.
• Certification as an OCDT (Ohio Certified Dialysis Technician).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week paid training program to become a certified Dialysis Technician.
• Complete onsite clinical introductions and classroom instruction as part of the training.
• Maintain a cumulative average of 78% on exams and pass clinical competencies during training.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance throughout the training program.
• Provide patient care and support under the supervision of experienced staff.
