Responsibilities
- Participate in a 16-week paid training program to become a certified Dialysis Technician.
- Complete onsite clinical introductions and classroom instruction as part of the training.
- Maintain a cumulative average of 78% on exams and pass clinical competencies during training.
- Demonstrate excellent attendance throughout the training program.
- Provide patient care and support under the supervision of experienced staff.
Requirements
- Excellent work history in a relevant field.
- Patient care or phlebotomy experience is a plus.
- Successful completion of college-level English, Mathematics, and Science courses.
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Highly motivated with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including day and evening shifts.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in healthcare or patient care roles.
- Certification as an OCDT (Ohio Certified Dialysis Technician).
