About the position

As a Digital Network Exploitation Analyst Level 4 at ELEVI Associates, you will play a crucial role in evaluating target opportunities and analyzing SIGINT and cybersecurity data. This position involves developing detailed exploitation and operations plans, collaborating with a diverse team, and applying analytical skills to derive insights from complex data sets. You will also be responsible for documenting findings and developing new tradecraft as technologies evolve.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate target opportunities using all source data to understand and map target networks.
• Analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data at multiple levels of the OSI network stack.
• Develop detailed exploitation and operations plans.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to understand intelligence needs.
• Formulate hypotheses and choose appropriate analysis techniques.
• Query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to share insights.
• Document and contextualize findings, including new tradecraft developed.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related fields (Engineering, Mathematics) with relevant coursework.
• 7 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR 9 years' with a master's, OR 11 years' with a bachelor's, OR 13 years' with an associate degree.
• Ability to craft and leverage GENESIS fingerprints and associated tools.
• Understanding of CNE capabilities and ability to leverage them against targets.
• Ability to analyze metadata configuration files.
• Knowledge of system engineering to identify data formats and database schemas.
• Experience in monitoring target system modernization and assessing vulnerabilities.
• Ability to document and share analytic knowledge using various tools.
• Experience in developing scripting and automating analytics.
