About the position

As a Direct Marketing Associate at Renewal by Andersen, you will serve as the first point of contact with potential customers, generating leads through free in-home consultations. This role combines sales and marketing responsibilities, offering excellent growth opportunities and the potential for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team meetings at the Farmingdale, NY office.
• Travel to assigned neighborhoods in a company vehicle.
• Diligently generate qualified sales leads in your assigned territory.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and integrity.
• Educate potential customers about our products and services.

Requirements

• High energy and an outgoing personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay positive through rejection.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitasking abilities.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.
