The Director of Customer Service is a key role within a family-owned financial planning and investment firm, responsible for ensuring client needs are met through effective communication and administrative support. This position involves direct interaction with clients, both over the phone and in person, and requires a positive demeanor and strong organizational skills to manage various client-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer Phones taking detailed information about client or potential client needs
  • Paperwork Preparation
  • CRM Database Management
  • Client Account Status Reports
  • Online Document Submission
  • Regulatory Requirements for Licensed Staff
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Positive Demeanor in Person and on the Telephone
  • Previous Customer Service or Client Interaction Responsibilities
  • Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Availability between the hours of 8-5 M-F
